A citric acid based pH reducer for concrete plant pits and wastewater systems. Brings high-pH process water down to a manageable level as part of routine plant water management.
Key Specs
- Lowers pH in concrete plant pits, washout water, and wastewater systems
- Citric acid based proprietary blend, not sulfuric or hydrochloric acid
- Non-hazardous and not regulated by DOT, so no hazmat shipping fees or placarding
- Typical starting dose: 2 to 5 gallons per 1,000 gallons of water
- Helps precipitate dissolved calcium that contributes to scale and mineral buildup
- Supports pit water reuse for truck washing, aggregate washing, and dust control
